PLEASANTON, CA – (August 13, 2010) – PACSGEAR, the leading provider of imaging connectivity for electronic health records, today announced the acquisition of all assets of NAI Tech Products of Auburn, California. NAI Tech Products is a medical device company specializing in the high quality digital video capture of medical images. Secures first direct sale of document scanning software in Brazil

PLEASANTON, CA – (July 15, 2010) – PACSGEAR, the leading provider of imaging connectivity for electronic health records, today announced the Fundação Instituto de Pesquisa e Estudo de Diagnóstico por Imagem (FIDI) in São Paulo, Brazil as its first site in Latin America.
