Protecting Patient-Specific Data of Our Clients

PACSGEAR is committed to providing products and services that preserve our client's privacy needs. As part of our customer support role, there are times when representatives of PACSGEAR, Inc. may require access to patient-identifiable information. Personally identifiable health information that we obtain through our relationship with clients may reside on our corporate computer systems. We have security procedures to prevent individuals from accessing information without authorization. Our data centers are physically secure and protected from unauthorized access.

PACSGEAR, Inc. will not release patient-identifiable information to any outside sources without prior permission from our client and the patient. In situations where a particular medical study is made available for educational or marketing purposes by PACSGEAR, Inc., we always replace patient-specific identification with fictional information prior to release.
